To support the need for alignment in all aspects of life, business and relationships, we discovered what worked. In many ways what we found are the traits of great leadership - not necessarily in a business sense - but in how we lead ourselves.

The Connectors run from Identity through to Purpose (see Principle 5) touching Relate, Do and External. Each of the 5 Connector components have a light side and a ‘flipped’, darker side. Like threads in a rope, they work together - positively or negatively.

Mastering each one of these components strengthens and supports the framework, enabling clarity and structure.
