Developed over 20 years, Dani Saveker designed a framework to initially understand her own situation as CEO of the family business her great grandfather founded in 1903.

By building a structure to support the interconnected nature of family, activities, impact, identity and purpose she found that the benefits were far greater than she’d realized.

The framework worked so well, and moved people from ‘stuck and lost’ to ‘aligned and fulfilled’, that she continued to develop it into what we now know as GLAS.
